David McNaughtan (Chairman)David has over 30 years experience in the banking and securities industries. He started his career with National & Grindlays Bank in London, Beirut and New Delhi from 1972 to 1974. He moved to Slater Walker Securities in 1974. He joined Deltec in 1976 where he has worked in various senior investment management capacities since, both in London and Nassau. He is an Economic History graduate of the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. |

Timothy Fraser-Smith (Chief Executive Officer)Timothy joined Deltec in June 2000 as CEO. He had been earlier with Grindlays Bank, London in 1972 and worked in Lebanon, Pakistan, Greece, New York and Hong Kong in a variety of corporate banking functions. In 1984 ANZ acquired Grindlays and Tim headed up the private banking activity in Switzerland. He then moved to London to run ANZ’s London/Jersey private bank, returning to Switzerland to spend 2 ½ years as Head of Wealth Management. Tim has an MBA from Cranfield Business School and a Bachelor of Law (Hons) degree from the University of Edinburgh. |

Terry Girling (Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer)Terry joined Deltec in 1995 as CFO and was also appointed COO in 2000. He is a Chartered Accountant having worked in the accounting profession with Brebner Allen & Trapp and Stoy Hayward in London and Price Waterhouse in Nassau. He has also worked in the Financial Services area with Fraser Henderson in London and Chase Manhattan Trust in Nassau before joining Deltec. Terry is a member of the institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. |

Damian Forbes (Investment Portfolio Manager)Damian has over 10 years of experience in the banking and securities industries. He has held senior positions at Deutsche Bank and Citigroup in New York as an equity research analyst and in Nassau as a VP of investment banking, assessing the merits of investments across a variety of industries. Mr. Forbes holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Yale University, an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and is a CFA charterholder. |

Kenris Albury (Trust Manager)Kenris is responsible for managing Deltec’s portfolio of trust clientele, and supervision of the corporate Secretariat Department. She has been a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners for the past 10 years, and her career spans some 17 years in the Offshore Banking and Trust Industry. She has worked in trust units for Julius Baer, Union Bancaire Privee, and BSI, all Swiss-based International Banks. Kenris’ main area of expertise is in tailoring trust and corporate structures to suit the demands of clients’ personal circumstances. |

Gia Singh (Client Services Manager)Gia has over 20 years of banking experience and has worked with CIBC, UEB, BNP Paribas (Bahamas) Ltd and EFG Bank & Trust (Bahamas) Ltd. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and also a Certified Financial Planner. Gia deals with client enquiries and overseas all “client service” activities. These include payments, foreign exchange, obtaining credit, initiating the execution of securities trades and the subscription and redemption of investment funds together with the general monitoring of all client accounts. |
